Press the Print Screen key and paste it into Word...assuming you have Word. If not, you can use Word Pad. There are also third party utilities that will capture your screen.

Do a google for PrintKey 2000 a great free screen capture utility.
It is invoked when you hit the Print Screen key. You can copy the entire screen or just one letter with it.

Print Screen will copy the whole of your Desktop and whatever is Open upon it
ALT-Print Screen will copy only the Active Window
Then go to Paint and Edit\Paste
Then File Print - or Save As if you want to Save it before Printing
