Hello everyone, The guys in our Cad department are not able to do any print screens. When they push the print screen button it just makes a Boop like sound. This happens on the desktop or any apps they are running. What could have disabled this function? Thanks for any responses. Rex

Tell them to open MS Paint after hitting the button. Go to Edit, Paste to see if it is working.

Thats the thing, there is nothing to paste. We usually paste our screen shots into email or Word, but the Screen Shot function just does not work. It is not taking the snapshot of the screen. When you push the Print Screen button, it makes a noise. It shouldn't do that. It's wierd.

My 'guess' is that management decided that it was a good idea to disable that function because of security concerns.
