Hi All, We have a small network of computers and all the computers print to the same printer. Lately, each computer develops a print que whose first job would display an error and won't disappear even after cancelling. I do have admininstrator previllages and I have tried to cancel the ques but none of the jobs would cancel. Until a few days ago, I was able to cancel the jobs manually on each individual computer but not all at once from one machine. I would have to go to each machine and do that individually.
Any ideas!!! Your help will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
