In my office, there is one pc that use resource priter sharing HP 1020 it can print but no letters output (Blank letters)but other ok. I still wonder it cause form SYSTEM or VIRUS or others. Please help me! Note: SP3 'os

try the printer on other PC maybe the printer goes bad, not the PC

you mean that the printer is ok at the other PC, right
right click on my computer > click on properties > go to "Hardware" tab > click on device manager > check for any yellow markers

have you installed the proper drivers for the printer on that PC tell us the name and model of the printer
