Hi I have a pesky print job that has been sitting in my print jobs for a few weeks. It won't delete, won't pause, won't restart. It has a reported size of nothing. It stays when I reboot. Any ideas on how to delete this. Thanks Andy Chalkley

Try going to START, RUN, MSCONFIG, click the last tab and look in the STARTUP area for anything that resembles your print job. UNCHECK the box next to it, click OK, and choose RESTART when prompted. Your print job should stop prompting you at bootup.
If that doesn't work, try unplugging your printer for a few minutes, re-plug it, and reboot.

Hi,
If this fails you could always try uninstalling the printer and then re-installing it.
