Is there a way to get the printer to print the email plus any attachment?
I know this can be done by installing a third party software onto Outlook, much like the "Print Tools for Outlook" tool from Mapilab: http://www.mapilab.com/outlook/prin...
Is there is a way to print an Outlook email and any attachments automatically without having to add a third party software.

Of course. Highlight the message, File, Print, Print attached files.

Hi Jennifer, I check that option, but it doesn't print the attachments, does it matter that we are using Outlook 2003 on an Exchange server?

It shouldn't. What Office Service Pack is installed? Do the users receive any errors?

It's bad form/security/usage (however you want to explain it) to automatically open attachments in a email.
The proper form is to review the email, does it look legit? Is the attachment expected? If so then OPEN the attachment and print from there.
I know thats not the answer your looking for and I apologize up front, but you should be aware that this isn't good form due to the risks inherent with email and attachments.
