Primo DVD wont run after install

Help.....The program wont run after install in XP Pro. I get the message: Runtime error '9': Subscript out of range....this is after I apply the patch from the prassi europe website. Bfore I apply it, it says: No supported recorders found. I thought that you could use your CD-RW burner with this program. I have a TEAC CDW-540E burner: 40/12/48. And with the patch, it says it should work. HELPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!

You cannot read DVD discs or watch DVD movies in a CD-RW drive; you have to have a DVD-ROM drive.

Thanks Bill....But im not using my CD-RW to watch it. Im using it to burn the files...and i use my DVD player to watch them.

Recommend getting a good DVD player like PowerDVD or WinDVD.

i installed winXP on my computer and it has alot of problems regarding my soundcard and my modem.

Summary: Vice city runs fine the first time I install it but once I shut down the computer it wont run, just the hour glass loads then quits?? So when I click on the shortcut and put the cd in nothing happens....
