When I turned on one of our laptop I get a message"Primary harddrive not found. Exiting Broadcom-No boot device available." Further there is a tap tap tap sound. How to set this right. Thanks. Ganesan Krishnaswamy

OK it looks like your HDD has failed. I belive its the heads that cause this. Some say to put it in the frezer but hay! Have you got documents you need on there? When I say need I mean really really need?
