Primary Drive Failure !

Specs: Windows XP
I have a PC with 4 hdds, if the primary drive (os) fails can I replace it and still access the data stored on the other drives ?

If you mean four physically separate HDD's, the problem is at the hardware level. This said, once the (PRIMARY O/S) drive is replaced and an O/S is loaded, finding the other drives shouldn't be a problem with the appropriate drive controlling software.

simple answer would be yes you can access the data
you will need to take ownership of files and folders as administrator first though.
