In my add/remove list there is an item called Presto! Page Masnager 7.15.3 that takes up 158 MB of space. Its has pics on it that I have in other folders and enables launch "scan to" and launch others like Paint and note pad etc which I can do from Accessories. Do I need this ?? If you are concerned about 150meg you have bigger space issues. Consider moving your existing install to a larger hard drive. Imagine the power if you knew how to internet search
I think presto page manager belongs to a scanner. I know I have it with my onetouch USB scanner....it was bundled in the software. Some HELP in posting on Cnet plus free progs and instructions Glad to Help!
Thanks for the replies guys Yes I purchased a Canoscan 4400F scanner in the past year. so thats where it came from I guess. I use the Canoscan Toolbox to do the small amount of scanning that I do. This feature will take some study. Off the top, can you elaborate on some of the things I can do with it ?? Vicp
Vicp You really need to do two things on your own. First read the scanner and software manuals completely. Second experiment with the hardware/ software. Only you can really get a feel for something. There are too many variables involved for someone to really do justice to your question. The link below may be a good starting point.
