How can i convert the ppp files to something i can view on windows media player?

It does not appear that ppp files are the kind that would require a media player. Or are you asking about something different?

After a little more googling It seems there are half a dozen different progs that use ppp file extensions including the one used by JVC video cameras.

What software are you using to create the files in the first place so we know what you're talking about?

In that case it seems the PPP extension is used for projects ( Works in progress) and you should be able to Export a finished "Project" as a video which will be in AVI or mpeg or other format compatible with media players.
