Comment:
I used to be able to click on an attached PPS file in my email and the Power Point viewer would play it. Even under "browse" the PP Viewer is not available. However, I can save the attachment to the desktop, open the PP viewer and select the pps file on the desktop and it will play. Any idea what has happened?

William Lockie , SWAG, suspect somehow your association with viewer in your email has changed. Select as usual, RIGHCLICK and 'open with', make sure viewer's selected (maybe tic the 'always use' box?). HTH. Ed in Texas.
