poweroff WinXP with a *.bat file

I need a way to poweroff WinXP with a *.bat file (rundll32 user,ExitWindows don't work on XP)

There is a SHUTDOWN command in XP.

Open up a command prompt window and type SHUTDOWN /?. You'll see all the options.

I'm sure you can incorporate SHUTDOWN in a batch file.

thanx but this command only shutdown (ExitWindows) Windows but the computer is still running (there is no POWER OFF option)

i need this for a "sleep" function
