power on problem

I changed new power supply after taht no problem for power on but last two three days I having problem on staring .
Whwn I power on booting then no screen then poweroff then power on then it go to desktop.
This procedure i have to two three times power on and off so what is the problem should it be.
When booting bios founding hard drive no problem it dosen`t go to desktop.
How can I fix it?.

Could you retype this so someone could read it and help you? But from what I can make out you motherboard could be getting ready to take a dive.
