Anyone have any ideas about this?
SP2 download and install went fine but immediately when I rebooted after, I could not logon onto ANY WIN XP user accounts or even into safe mode. When I type the password it just restarts the PC and it just loops like that over and over. Also, oddly, it changes what usernames it shows me at the logon screen, sometimes NONE at all or 1,2 or 3.

Can you get to last known good option? I would try to restore to before you put on sp2.
