Port forwarding problems!!!

i have a 2Wire 2701HG-G router and im trying to do the port forwarding for utorent and bitcommet. i did the proper steps in the router settings to enable the port but still no luck im only downloading at 10kbs or less. and utorrent still says there is an error with the port so i tryed i diferent one but same thing!! what am i doing wrong???

it's not just those two it's almost every torrnt program i tryed. i just recently tryed bittorrent and same thing!!! in the option menu it give me an option to test the port to see if it's working so i tryed it and i get an error messege saying that it's not open.
