Theres this thing called the MY SEARCH ASSISTANT that keeps giving me pop ups when im on IE, I went into the registry and deleted what it said to except I deleted under HKEY LOCAL MACHINE > Software > Microsoft > Internet Explorer > Toolbar: I deleted everything there on accident. When im running IE after a minute or so I will get an error message and it will completely get out of my IE and I have to get back in all over again.
One other problem I have is in Program Files there is a folder called Wincomm. I tried to delete it, but access is denied because its in use. So, I did alt ctl delete and under processes there was Wincomm.exe and Winlock.exe. I tried ending the processes but they keep re appearing on the list of processes. Any way to get rid of this? Thanks for your help - Joe

Best to do a search and find out what they are and what they do before trying to remove them...
