Hi all,
Slight dilemma - I have an email which i wish to access through my outlook - problem is, i have 2 PC (one at work and one at home) when i receive an email it will only be sent to one place - anyway i can have the email send to both destinations?
Many thanks

Thanks

You could use an email server like Hotmail. It keeps your email until 'you' delete it.

Sign up for googles G-mail. It stays on their server and can be accessed from any machine.

Email isn't sent to an individual computer, it is retrieved by the computer from the server via POP3 unless you are running your own Email server.

There is a setting on Outlook to keep retrieved email on the server. That will allow you to download emails on both computers. What a appears to be happening is the the email is being deleted once it has been retrieved.

Email accounts, View or Change, Select the account, Change, More Settings, Advanced, Check Leave a copy of messages on server. I usually set it to Delete when deleted from "Deleted Items."

Life's more painless for the brainless.

I don't know where you will find the setting, I don't use Outlook. The only Outlook I use is on my smart phone and that has the option. I can retrieve Emails on my phone, then again when I get home using Eudora. It is there somewhere as it is a basic option with any Email client.
