So i take it that you already scanned using software like Spybot and Adaware.

Eric,
To stop ads from popping up, go to www.panicware.com and download their free "Pop-Up Stopper" software. Install and at times when your on a website and you try to access a link and nothing happens...you'll notice the panicware symbol in the lower tray (toolbar) gets a circle around it thereby preventing you from accessing that link info. All you would have to do at that time is click that symbol in the tray to turn off the ad blocker and retrieve the link info you want. Just don't forget to click it back on.
Also, roughly once and month run your "Spybot" program to eliminate the spyware in the background.

I have that prgram on as well as 2 other ad blocking programs but the ad still comes up. I also run my spyware programs once a week and always look for the updates
