Is there a product I can buy/download that can get rid of the boxes that keep popping up with Messenger Service on the top bar. Usally says something abt to get rid of these messages go here.....The last one says "Message from CARPAL TUNNEL to 209.178.182.193 on 4/1/2003 12:17:29PM.I thought it had to do with having an MSN Messenger but I have deleted it and they still come up. Thank you in advance for any help. Robin

Doesn't sound to me like messenger , it sounds like spyware.
Downloadand run SpyBot or AdAware.

BTW, it's NOT a flaw or hole in windows, it's as old as dos and was used to send messages on a network back in the day when dos was all there was.
