hi all, i have a problem with my outlook express that i was wondering if any of you could help me with. i can recieve any message fine and i can sent any TEXT message fine but when i attach something to the email(i.e. a picture) when i go to send it comes up with an error saying "your STMP server has not responded in 60 seconds. would you like to wait another 60 seconds to see if it will respond" after you hit wait it will just keep coming up with the same error message and it will never send your message.
