plug and play error

my dell optiplex gx 260 gives the following error at startup, "plug and play error" what should i do any help pls

This error is usually do to a new piece of hardware that was installed but the drivers failed. To identify what is messed up goto Control Panel -> System -> Device Tab -> Click Device Manager button -> look for devices with a yellow exclimation mark "!" next to them. Then google the device and down load the latest driver for the device.
