It would be helpful to know what e-mail account you use. If it is outlook express then click on tools, then options, then click on the security tab and uncheck "do not open attachments. etc" and aldo uncheck block images.

Trusha,
Go to the link below and follow the instructions to re-register the referenced dll files as shown under the Resolution section . Many times re-registering the urlmon.dll file corrects the problem.

Click Start>Run then copy and paste or type:

regsvr32 urlmon.dll

Click OK

Note that the spacing is important.

Also make sure that you have Internet Explorer set as your default browser.
