help me please ... my computer can't see the 3rd hd.

ok here's the problem, i just refomatted my c: drive and reinstalled a fresh windowxp pro but now my 3rd hd which is on a ultra ATA/133 PCI adapter card.

please is there anything i can do to get all the data from that drive?

Open the BIOS configuration page by pressing the key listed on bootup, i.e. "Press to Enter Setup." See if your HD's are listed there. If not choose AUTO or Autodetect Hard Drives depending on your BIOS and see if BIOS can find them.

If this fails open Control Panel/Administrative Tools/Computer Management/Disk Management and see if the drive is listed there. If so see if it says "Unpartitioned Disk Space." This would mean you lost the partition on the drive and will need to do some data recovery.

I used this software when someone lost his partition and I managed to recover all the data from the drive.
