hi I am running windows XP and have the belt.cab/exe.virus also....Nortons will not fix/quarantine/delete this trojan. ...can anyone help me please...

Probably the easiest way is to get some software that is specifically designed to remove Trojans. Virus scanners only now how to block/fix/quarantine viruses. http://www.moosoft.com/thecleaner/ Hope this helps. pdn

Best way to delete this virus is to restart the PC, then press F8 untill you get a menu up then select Start Windows XP in safe mode, once in Windows run a full norton scan and then it will delete the virus
Don't use the internet in Safe Mode as Norton Auto Protect does not work in Safe Mode
