I started getting a crash this afternoon that I'm having trouble figuring out the cause of.
First of all, this isn't the first time I've had this problem. Almost a year ago, on a diffrent format, I had the exact same problem, under the same circumstances. I was using Winamp, Word 97 (this time it's Word 10/XP) and Trillian.
The crash occurs roughly 15-30 minutes after starting up Word. The Save Dump I get is this:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000d1 (0xffffffeb, 0x00000005, 0x00000000, 0xffffffeb)
Since it's a Driver IRQL Not Less or Equal crash, I think I might have a theory as to the cause.
This afternoon when I booted up, I noticed that Windows Media Player had taken the liberty of automatically installing the Nero Fast CD-Burning Plug-in from my Nero folder without me telling it to. This also puts the plug-in in the My Computer window. I figured this might be the cause, since this only started happening today.
The last time I used all three programs at the same time was two days ago (Sunday) and I had no problems.
The only other thing I could think of that might cause it is picking something up off of a website because I haven't installed anything else since then. However, I can't see how something picked up off of a website could cause program-specific BSOD's.
Lastly, I was hoping to isolate the driver using Dumpchk.exe and Pstat.exe, but I don't have these installed. I looked high and low for my XP Pro disk to install them, but I can't find it. Therefore, I was wondering if there's any other way for me to get these utilities?
Thanks.

It's on the xp cd. You have to run the setup.exe thats located in the support\tools folder. Dumpchk is in a cab file and the setup.exe will install it.
