Please help to run autoplay

Usually I insert memory card into reader ( connect with USB ), autoplay dialog box display to ask choose.
Now I don't know what it is happen, autoplay didn't run, autoplay dialog box did not display while I insert a memory card into reader.
I did many way to try run autoplay -- select autoplay with picture, clicked autoplay, it did not run. Re-setup USB connction, did not help. Re-start PC few times, did not help.
Post this help two times, but no one answer it.
Is there anyone know how to let autoplay to run ?

make sure the shell hardware detection is set to automatic in sevices.

start/control panel/administative tools/services/ then scroll down the list & look for shell hardware detection ,double click on this it will give you the option of automatic /manual/disable
