Ive got an ASRock K7VM2 motherboard with S.M.A.R.T feature, when i enable it, in the startup when its ckecks your drives it says S.M.A.R.T status is BAD, what does this mean? how do i solve this problem? Thanks

If SMART is reporting something significant that is going bad with your drive (which it does tend to do), then you probably will have to eventually fix the problem by getting a new one. Think about doing that before it crashes, not afterwards.

Is the hard drive itself SMART capable, if not then the motherboard will report a fault as it is not getting the expected data from the hard drive.
As for the drive, start taking very regular backups of all your data in case the drive is going bye-bye's.
