Start with the basics bro.

Strip the system down to bare bones and see how it does.

Download memtest86 to check the memory

Download the WD diagnostics to check the drive

Make sure the board is running the newest BIOS

Try a diferent outlet in the house (really..no foolin)

And check the temps in that thing!

You can avoid many of these Windows problems with Linux. Linspire eases the transition for new users

And lose the capslock. THERE"S NO NEED TO SHOUT.

Also suggest you put something other than "Please help me" in the subject heading next time. This is a help forum. It's obvious you want help otherwise why bother posting?

As to shutting down suddenly? Thermal overload cutout is inbuilt in Intel chips and your motherboard may also have a bios cutout inbuilt as well. Your temps do seem a bit high but a 3ghz P4 may run hotter than my 2.8 which idles at about 25degC and gets up to about 35 under load. Check in bios to see if there is any cutout temp adjustment and look at improving your cooling anyway. Maybe the graphics card needs extra cooling too.

I used to have a signature but it disappeared and I just couldn't be bothered writing another so please feel free to ingore this.
