Try the drive in another USB port and on another computer if possible but if it still isn't being recognized then the power outage must have damaged it. You might want to see how disk management is seeing it (if it is at all) and maybe you can reformat it. Otherwise you'll need to buy a new one. They're cheap enough and anyway you pretty much have to think of those pen drives as being disposable.
