Hello

I am trying to buy a product in godaddy.com and whenever I enter into the Payment tab, I get an error like "Please enter a valid email address" right after filling the form which incluedes an email address and clicking on Go button. Is there any way to avoid this error? I got in touch with godaddy support but they were not able to fix the issue.
I tried this out both under Win Vista and Win XP with firefox, internet explorer, apple safari, opera and none of these worked.
Any idea?
Thanks in advance.

If the water main breaks in the street is there any thing you can do about it by fixing your house plumbing?

Either godaddy's web form needs to be corrected or you need to enter a valid email address.

If you entered a valid email address then we are back at the water main break.

Thanks but that was not really helpful.
I did try out as well with more than one email account like you said but it seems no matter what email account is used, this error always shows up.
Any other suggestion?

As Wandered suggested, get onto the Water company and get them to fix the main.

If you are entering a valid email and it still doesn't work then its godaddy's problem and only they can fix it.

The "helpful" part was getting you to look realistically at the problem. You did all the right tests but you failed to draw the correct conclusion. The problem is not in your realm of control.

Solved.

Yeah, you are right.
I had not seen something.

There was an aditional email address field at the bottom of the page which has the billing form, I was not seing that field which is for advertising purposes. It is not mandatory but I was clicking the Go button instead of the place order button.
Thanks for all.
