R02 would tend to indicate that it is 'part' of a compressed group of files for the video. A WinRAR group of files would look something like the following:
TVshow.R00 TVshow.R01 TVshow.R02 TVshow.R03 etc to the last file TVshow.RAR
To decompress the file you need the Winrar program installed on your system. If you then double click on the TVshow.RAR file, it will decompress and build the TVshow video file.
