R02 would tend to indicate that it is 'part' of a compressed group of files for the video. A WinRAR group of files would look something like the following:

TVshow.R00
TVshow.R01
TVshow.R02
TVshow.R03
etc to the last file
TVshow.RAR

To decompress the file you need the Winrar program installed on your system. If you then double click on the TVshow.RAR file, it will decompress and build the TVshow video file.
