pixel shader support problem

Hi i got a game splinter cell 2 and I cant play it I got Nvidia Gforce 4 card and when I start playing it plays the first level and then when it loads the second level it just turns off I dont know WTF is going on I check the system requirements and I got every thing good but the pixel shader support!So can any one help me?

nVidia GeForce 4.0 chipset video cards do not have pixel shader support. It's not built in, so trying the latest and greatest drivers are not going to change this. So get a later model video card that supports it...
