Have you tried different type of dvd disks? Have you tried to update the DVD-RW drivers?
Also what program are you using to burn the disks with, You may want to run updates for that as well.

But today another problem occurred: When I wanted to install Microsoft Works, it just didn't autorun. When I tried manual run, it says couldn't find the Microsoft Windows CE Services Application Manager. Please help. Thanks.
