Just wondering if anyone knew of a picture program where you could put someone's face into a charachter. Just like the one's you see when you go on vacation, where they put your face on a body? Thanks.

I use Photoshop myself, but it's ridiculous to suggest a six-hundred-dollar piece of software to someone for home use!

Bruce,
Try browsing freeware sites (quality sites that don't distribute Shareware or Spyware). Here are a couple:

*Only Freeware
*Freeware Home
*Son Of Spy Freeware
*NoNags - I know they have an entire section of graphic editors.

There is Freeware office suite named 602 ProSuite that has a nice photo editing program, although I'm not sure it does what you want. GIMP is a free program that has been used as a photoshop substitute in Linux for years - it is now available for Windows and NoNags has a a link.

Good Luck,
Bob

IrfanView is a brilliant program but doesn't do what you want. Try the ealier suggestions or Paint Shop Pro which is very cheap or it used to be free so you may still be able to download it for nothing. It's cheap version of Photoshop
