Hi All, At long last, I'm able to find out the reason for the problem in viewing video in Hotmail. It is a problem with Hotmail only. When I switched to Yahoo, there is no problem at all. Recently whenever I'm typing in my Hotmail, an error report pop up and the whole thing has disappeared and I have to re-type the whole thing again. It happened all the time and it is very frustrating. So I switched to use yahoo but the problems persist. The error report says: Information regarding the conditions of Internet Explorer when the problem occurred; the operating system version and computer hardware in use; your Digital Product ID, which could be used to identify your license; and the interest Protocol (IP) address your computer.
