Can someone tell me why Photoshop dont work on XP-Pro? Before I had Windows 98 and everything was fine. I tried to reinstall it, nothing... Pictures are pink. then I went on color settings: Web Grafic Defaults, RGB: sRGB IEC61966-21... Color management polices - off. Not works. Yten I put a new driver on nVIDIA, nothing... screen refreshing rate: 85 Hz, rezolution 1024 by 768 pixel. Can someone tell me what is going on? Pictures are pink...

Try lowering the refresh rate.

I'm assuming that only the pix in Photoshop are pink.
Try setting the Default Gamma settings in the drop down menu and see if that does it.
(It's been a long time since I've done any work in Photoshop, so forgive the thrashing around here.)

I run Photoshop all the time with no problems at all - it rockets, even with 40 meg files loaded. Sometimes I have CorelDraw open at the same time, popping back and forth between them. Not one crash.
I think you have, either a hardware problem or something is mis-configured. Either that, or you need to delete Photoshop and reinstall it. Could be corrupted files.

Vesna,
What about the scanner question? Reason I ask is because HP has info on their site about driver compatability and color shifts under XP.
They told us to buy another scanner!

They have inrormation about compatability of HP scanners ( and other products ) and XP. I shall call someone who is deeply involved with XP and Photoshop, thanks, anyway.
