The error your getting is a Page File Number(PFN) list corruption, looks like something is corrupting your memory. Did you run the hardware check before upgrading ? Looks ok but not too sure about the sound card. There have been problems with geforce 2 based video cards and motherboards with VIA chipsets which yours has. I'd start by making sure your motherboards bios is up to date and that you have a VIA 4 in 1 update driver package complaint with XP. You could also get the latest driver for the promise IDE controller on your board. Also get an XP signed off driver for the video card,and the sound card, or even remove the sound card and see if the problem goes away, if not its one less thing to consider.
