PestPatrol5 Hangs on Update

Downloaded PestPatrol last night. On attempted update, it hangs on the PestPatrol5.exe download (I've given it over an hour in many cases at which point it errors-out). Tried reinstalling, same problem. Is there a site where I can download the files manually?

Is it safe to assume that after downloading PestPatrol 5, you also installed it. Then in the process of updating the files, it hangs up on the .exe file. Is that a correct assumption?

Sorry, I forgot to ask if you downloaded and installed a trial version or did you purchased the software? Go HERE and then click on Home and Office Products. Then under Support Center, click on Product Support & Service. Look for PestPatrol AntiSpyware tech support. You might get the help you need there. Good luck.

Yes, downloaded and installed the registered version (paid for). Got it to finally work about 10 minutes ago, so I guess I'm good.
