PCTV / PS2 / DVD No sound!

I have a PCTV card, which works fine. I bought a playstation2, which i plug into my PC card to play on my computer. Everything plays fine, except there is no sound! Also, when i try to play DVDs using WinDVD, the picture shows but there is no sound!
I think the problem is my sound card, soundblaster 5.1, with creative 5.1 speakers. Ive checked the volumn control, its not that. Can anyone give some suggestions?
