PCI slots won't work

I've got a PII 800E Mobo: AZZA U694BX 1 AGP & 4 PCI & 1 ISA
Problem: I can only use my agp slot and ONE pci slot at a time. If I use more that one pci slot, my powers up; fan on, harddisks start reading BUT there's no images showing up on the screen. It doesn't sound like WIndows Xp is booting up too. Any ideas?

John, Have you confirmed that without the card in the AGP slot you can use more than one PCI slot?

1. Check your CMOS battery on the motherboard; it may be weak or dead. It's usually a 2032 type, about 2 or 3 dollars. 2. Check your BIOS settings then after replacing the battery. 3. If your boot files are messed up, you can boot up the Win XP cd and run the Recovery Console. At the command prompt, type in FIXBOOT, then restart the computer. If needed, you can later restart the Recovery Console and type in FIXMBR.
Hope these ideas gets you going.

Have you tried moving just the one PCI card to every slot? If so and everything works try putting one card on PCI 1 and another on PCI 5. If it doesn't work after swapping the card in different slots you could have a short on the board. I have had a similiar problem with an azza board.
