Help, I have fitted a ultra ata 100/133 pci ide controller card to give me another ide channel so that I can have a zip drive, all seemed to go well, the pc reconised the card and the software loaded ok, the zip drive was detected and I installed the software, the problem is I cannot find it, and it is not in device manager, or listed anyware else, any solutions please, its driving me mad.

Have you checked Disk Management? Right click My Computer, left click Manage. Click on Disk Management and see if the drive appears there. It may have been assigned an already-in-use drive letter, in which case you can right click the drive and choose to change the drive letter to something else. Good luck.

You may want to check the brands web site. The FAQ's or the tech support should be able to help you. I'm sure it's something simple...

I may be crazy, but I'm not stupid...
