Pc wont start!!!

My pc wont start, it comes up with "PC was incorrectly started", please choose a mode-safe mode, safe mode with networking, safe mode with command prompt, last known good settings and start normally. None of these work! can some1 help???!!!

Before initiating a repair, you might want to boot into Safe Mode and try Last Known Good Configuration. This procedure essentially restores all drivers to when the PC had no problems.
You may or may not have a driver issue, but this can't hurt anything.

Can you hit F8 before you get the error message, as soon as the computer starts to boot? This will bring up the screen with all the choices. Maybe safe mode will work that way.
