Floppy disk(s) fail (40)
CMOS checksum error-Defaults loaded
Press F8 to enable System Configuration
Press F9 to select Booting Device after POST
Press F1 to continue, Del to enter Setup

Likely an expired CMOS/BIOS battery. If it does boot, does it show a "default" time/date as well (such as 12:00AM, January 1, 2000)? If so, then the battery has almost certainly failed.
