I came on here once before complaining about basic games lagging up on my machine and I couldn't quite figure out why. Well a couple of months ago my extra 80 gb hd just stopped working, and when I pulled it out and restarted everything my computer ran swimmingly. That's when I figured that it was pulling too much from the power supply or something and causing it to run so slow. Everything was fine until about a month ago when EVERYTHING started to lag. I've basically had to turn off flash on firefox so I can still view websites. I can't open any large programs or anything without it going crazy. I can't even use photoshop anymore without my computer grinding to a halt. I don't know what it is, but I still assume it's the power supply. Not to mention I noticed recently that one of my fans is out which I suppose could be bad too.

I hope it's not the CPU or power supply fan! They must be replaced immediately, if not sooner.
Do yourself a favor BACKUP!

Backup all your critical files NOW! You either have failing hardware (CPU, hard drive etc...) or you have some nasty spyware/viruses. I'll bet $100 that it’s failing hardware.
