pc restarting continiously

My pc runing very well till last evening,last night when start the computing
it won`t boot to window it boot up bio screen(it detecting hard drive and cd rom then come up "boot from cd").
I boot from vista dvd repair it and restore it nothing happen still restarting it self.
Actually it wouldnt go to window logo screen.
Please give detail info.

I have install xp and vista both booting no problem.
I can not get to safe if get to safe mode then I can do something.

Might help if you post the system specs, such as make/model/manufacturer and what happened immediately before the problem started.
