PC power turns off randomly

My PC is turning its power off at random times, often when using the internet/downloading. No virus problems, but according to the BIOS:
sys temp - 55c/131f cpu temp - 106c/222f syst fan - 0 RPM cpu fan - 2636RPM
they don't sound right, do they? but def seems too hot. would this cause it?
