My PC is turning its power off at random times, often when using the internet/downloading. No virus problems, but according to the BIOS:

sys temp - 55c/131f
cpu temp - 106c/222f
syst fan - 0 RPM
cpu fan - 2636RPM

they don't sound right, do they? but def seems too hot. would this cause it?

any advice?

From the readings you listed, it looks like the system fan is not working and needs to be cleaned/replaced.
