I have ran a diagnostic test on my scanner and it say it is all connected and working fine but it still is not scanning. Please help i am totaly baffled on this now.
I don't believe getting latest driver from the manufacturer will help address a known bug in your copy of Windows XP. You need to either try to get the hotfix from HERE or just upgrade your copy of XP to Service Pack 2 or Service Pack 3 that has it.
