PC line mouse not working

well today we brought a new wireless keyboard and mouse from PC World. The make is PC line. However we have set it up correctly and installed the drivers but only the keyboard is working. there is no output from the mouse. Can anyone help please?

If it is a PS/2 keyboard, you have to plug it in before you turn the computer on. If it is USB, then try switching USB ports. Also make sure it is charged/has batteries. Usually you do not have to install a driver but you may have to. Good luck ^^.

there should be two small buttons - one on each mouse component - press the one on the base unit first and then he one on the mouse - kep it pressed until the egg timer moves - reboot
