win explorer/IE 8.0/Dr Watson postmortem debugger all wont work says encountered a problem & needs to shut down. altho AOL browser does work. also system restore and MS auto updates are disabled and i cant get them to be enabled after following win instructions this is after i installed the New Nortoninternet suite2010 any ideas?

Remove the Norton and why you have System Restore disabled a mystery. Undertake a PC Cleanup after removing Norton with: http://ccleaner.com
